Responsibilities
• Set specific marketing goals
• Define clear target market, segmentation, and brand positioning
• Formulate marketing strategy that align with business targets
• Manage and control A&P budget
• Build brand equity and lead all business units to achieve sales, and profit target
• Analyze market and competitors
• Forecast market trends and new opportunities
• Identify customer needs and behavior to increase lifetime brand loyalty
• Initiate, develop, execute, and monitor promotions and marketing activities
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing Communication, and Visual Merchandising teams
• Provide campaign insights for strategy and planning improvements

 

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related fields
• At least 2-4 years of work experiences in the related field preference
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage expectation and communicate effectively both in Thai and English
• Competence in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive and creative approach mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and excellent team player, with a flexible and open-minded attitude
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Willingness to travel for field work on a regular basis with long stay
• Understand Social Enterprise concept or have working experience with SE is an advantage
