Description of Responsibilities

  • Research business opportunities to develop new business and create value-added products for the communities, following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Develop the overall business plan and strategy (including management, marketing, operating, financial plan) for communities’ products
  • Conduct feasibility studies on potential businesses related to community development
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of consumer products and value proposition, identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Ensure effective customer service, product quality, and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders/communities/suppliers
  • Deliver a professional, high quality and outcome-oriented business management plan


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economic, management or related fields
  • Understanding of Social Enterprise (SE) as a business model, or has worked in or has experience with a SE is an advantage
  • Thai, any gender, age of 22 – 32 years old
  • Languages Proficiency in Thai and English
  • Competence in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to develop feasibility studies, business analysis and strategic plans
  • High level of stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  • Proactive, solutions oriented, and creative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and an excellent team player with a flexible and open-minded
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure, has excellent time management and planning skills
  • Willingness to travel for field work on a regular basis for long durations
