Job Summary

As Finance Director at Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to create lasting, sustainable change. You will lead the financial management of the foundation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with our holistic, people-centered approach to development. This includes overseeing accounting operations, setting financial policies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and producing timely financial reports that guide strategic decision-making across our programs and social enterprises. We’re looking for a purpose-driven leader with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to help us drive impact, responsibly and sustainably.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Solid experience in financial management and reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Clear, confident communicator and team player
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
